Whole-grain Quiche

Even though the season of asparagus is over, I have a recipe for another quiche for you. It is totally springy because you can find nettles in it, but it's more like an inspiration, it's up to you to use nettle, curd or spinach. I have to say that once in a while I can not resist and dinner is quiche with us, even in many ways.

When I think of vegetarian dishes, I always look at the tastes of North Africa or the Far East. Their legumes, vegetables, and spice selection are beautifully combined, and one always feels that there is nothing to be missed on the plate or in the stomach. In addition, it fits nicely with the concept of a meal that does not need to be warmed and we enjoy it perfectly and cold, that is the recipes for a healthy lunch, which you can take to work or maybe for a trip. One of my favorite variations of vegetarian meals inspired by Moroccan tastes ... The base, in the form of spices, is usually the same, based on Roman caraway or a mixture of roasted Moroccan spice, which is also beautiful because it is complemented by dried rose flowers. (I have my favorite from Marks & Spencer.) When cooking, I always improvise by season, current inventory ... and every time there is something new in the kitchen, the color and the scent of Morocco.
