As you read from the past summer salad recipe with aubergine and halloumi , I prepared some recipes for Gusto magazine on barbecue and here I bring you the next of the series. :-)

Kebab is very popular at home. In children, mainly because the meat is soft, soft and juicy, it is fun and practical thanks to a bamboo needle that allows children to easily hold. But even the adult part of the family likes it for its exotic tastes as well as a pleasant variation of the classic barbecue of all kinds of slices of meat and vegetables. And so I bring you a simple recipe for a gastronomic transfer to the Middle East for a moment.
Also try to change partially or even completely replace beef with lamb ..

All meat with crushed garlic cloves, gently chopped coriander, spices garam masala, salt and pepper to mix well and shape 10-15 cones. For comfortable serving, you can even have wooden or bamboo needles on one side.

Prepare yogurt dip by mixing all ingredients. So add yogurt to lemon juice, crushed garlic clove, Roman caraway, finely chopped fresh coriander and salt to taste.

3.

Grill the meat on medium to strong heat so that the kebabs remain juicy inside and serve them with spicy pita bread and yoghurt dip.
