Another Breakfast Inspiration :) You or your dear half will want to spoil your breakfast with a perfect and healthy breakfast at the weekend, try to eat a bit of avocados, eggs cooked with soap or nail, good bread and lettuce.

Prepare dressing by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and also a mixture of vegetables in a medium-sized bowl. Mix the lettuce, tomatoes, thin sliced radish and thinner fennel. Remove the avocados, peel, peel, and cut into slices. Still finely chop a mixture of herbs. Do not worry! Here you can experiment and use the herbs you have, but do not be afraid to use parsley, coriander and mint together. Add herbs to the salad.

Now is the time to prepare the egg. Put the two eggs in the smaller pot (cold from the fridge), add so much water to be sunk and bring to boil. In order for the yolk to be still partially but not raw, the boil should last about 4 - at most 5 minutes - depending on the size of the egg. If you want more yoghurt, cook for 6 minutes. Put the finished egg quickly off, remove it from the hot water and peel off. Meanwhile, turn two slices of bread and also mix the dressing with dressing.

Put some bread on the bread, half chopped avocados, one egg, and serve a little fresh pepper.
