Whoever likes to look at the Gusto magazine, maybe even found my recipes there. :-) I was supposed to prepare a barbecue and now that the season is in full swing, I can add recipes to you here.
If you like to make a salad in the summer as a main course, try to stroll through the Mediterranean and prepare a grilled halloumi cheese that is great for aubergines and mint dressing. We loved him very much at home!

Prepare dressing by mixing all ingredients and finely chopped mint. In a large salad bowl, add a mixture of lettuce leaves and tomatoes.
