If you are a hairdresser lovers, you have already found that just some sort of dressing does not cut it and do not force it off, so it's just the kind of vegetable, along with, for example, cabbage that is not a problem to prepare and serve instantly, but especially calmly the next day. So, the haircut is not only terribly healthy, full of antioxidants, but it is also very practical. That's why it fits perfectly with the editorial I prepared for the blog and the May issue of marieclaire. If you omit a feta, you can also include the salad in the vegan menu.

I think every one of us will look at this healthier, lighter and perhaps detoxication diet at this time of year, and most of the day at work is the most sinister because we are fast-tracking something that is simple and not always completely healthy. So there was a theme to cook, prepare home for us to have something healthy, light and balanced on the second day at work. Even on instag, some of you are asking for such recipes. So I prepared two of them. They are both vegetarian, built on legumes and conceived so that they really taste great even the next day and even cold.
Perhaps it does not matter, but in the recipe you can also see the pictures of my youngest boys and how to work with them from home. :-)

Lentil brew in a lot of slightly salted water for about 20-30 minutes. Spend and put aside.

In the salad bowl, cut all the cabbage finely, and cut off the coarse grains free of coarse stems. Spread this salad base and gently mix with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Now you can mix the lentils into the salad and, finally, the avocados with chopped dices (thanks to the lemon juice contained in the salad, the avocado should not oxidize too much and make it hard to brown). If you like more hearty meals, include a piece of feta cheese.
