Mushrooms and la Mariniere (on white wine)

It's a French classic. The bath in perfume of fresh herbs and white wine steam has to suit everybody, but also many other modifications of the mussels French, Belgians, .. made up which are great, I personally love the cream or celery. It is perfect that it is very easy and the fast, the second and the worse is where to get fresh mussels in the Czech Republic ... I often see in shops I can lie on the ice of a "exhausted" poor and for enough money ...

This is more like inspiration, for healthy, nice, delicious and super fast food than a recipe ... You can buy any fish fillet. I often throw a sea wolf or a Nile perch because they are very tasty fish and fillets are boneless. It's also another way to use a healthy miso paste in practice ... Optionally you can add some fresh herbs.
