White asparagus

Another inspiration for those of you who have not yet cooked asparagus. It is very delicious, there is no need for too much taste, just a bit of butter, a pinch of salt and parmesan.

Brush the asparagus and peel off the skin, especially at the bottom where the stem is stiffer, cut the wood end of the stem. Put in a pot with a little water and cook or soak in soft. You really need a little water and fold the lid, or use a steam pot to keep the most of the vitamins in the vegetables ..
Ready, soft, still hot asparagus on a platter with butter shavings, salt with sea salt, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with a piece of baguette.
