I started at home to make fociaccia, mainly because I wanted to try a stone on the grill, which is for example for baking tortilla, Indian bread and pizza ... The original recipe taken from Vegetarian LIVING magazine is for baking in the oven, so no fear and hurááá ! It's a great barbecue, but also an excellent home-made starter.

It's a French classic. The bath in perfume of fresh herbs and white wine steam has to suit everybody, but also many other modifications of the mussels French, Belgians, .. made up which are great, I personally love the cream or celery. It is a perfect appetizer or snack for this period and still very impressive. If it has not happened yet, you have to try the stracciatella cheese, get it completely! It comes from mozzarella, it is even finer, more creamy and sweeter. Otherwise, if it is not available, you can replace it with burrata or ricotta cheese. Burrata is something between mozzarella and stracciatella. It has the shape of mozzarella, but it is almost fluid inside. You buy in Italian grocery stores like wine & food.

This recipe is inspired by my friend Brennan, who had prepared a wonderful party some time ago at home. In the middle of the table was a bowl filled with these cute cheese profiterol, otherwise known as Gougères, which still smelled the whole apartment. They are very good on their own or you can get different spreads. So, when I invented a finger food menu for filming in Blue Light, it seemed very practical and gourmet. I filled them in two ways, but they are calling for many and many variations ... Thank you, Brennan!
