I started at home to make fociaccia, mainly because I wanted to try a stone on the grill, which is for example for baking tortilla, Indian bread and pizza ... The original recipe taken from Vegetarian LIVING magazine is for baking in the oven, so no fear and hurááá ! It's a great barbecue, but also an excellent home-made starter.
When we fried on the grill, it was necessary to turn the plate for a moment to turn around, but I think only because we still warmed the heat as we added and removed the meat and vegetables from the side grates ...

In a large bowl or robot, mix the flour with salt.
Pour the yeast into the water and stir until it dissolves.
Add water with yeast and olive oil to the flour bowl and join in the dough that rolls on the roll and knead until you reach a smooth, supple and flexible dough. The whole thing a robot can do for you, you only need to reach a flexible, light-shining dough. (the effect is shown on the photo)
Put the dough in the oil-drained bowl, cover with a cloth and leave to rise for about 60 minutes until it doubles its volume.
After swinging, put on the blade and divide it into 4 parts. From each piece, mold the loaf, push your fingers down and process the pizza dough out. (if it does not work, help with the roller) The goal is 4 cm about 1 cm thin slices.
Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper, place your dough in the dough, brush with oil, sprinkle with sea salt, rosemary, garlic, ..
And leave it for 30 minutes to grow again.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (hot air 180 ° C) and bake for 20 minutes until it glows.
