It is unbelievable how many ways and tastes the common egg can modify. That's how I decided to make a few of your self-reported reports on eggs, cooking techniques and recipes.

In a small pot, dissolve 1 and 1/2 tbsp of butter slowly and stir well with eggs and a pinch of salt. Put the pot back on medium to low heat and whisk continuously with a whisker that fills the egg well and creates a fluffy creamy consistency. It is important to shut down the stove in a timely manner, and if you have a thick bottom pot, it is important to remember that even after weaning it still works. Scrambled egg should be creamy or mash, not too dry.
After weaning, mix the remaining 1/2 tablespoons of butter, squeeze and serve.

This morning I was inspired by New York and the restaurant that is run by Jean-Georges Vongerichter. Serves eggs in the shell with a spoon of whipped cream and caviar.
