This recipe I have prepared for you mainly because thanks to the mixer you can take advantage of all the benefits that natural products bring, and that is something I always try to find and dust in the kitchen. Of course, the quality of the ingredients is very important, for example, whether the dried fruit is still sulphated or exfoliated. Our pancakes are whole grains and partly oat.

Oatmeal is very healthy, improves digestion not only because of the high fiber content and energy from which our body gains gradually. Also, the use of seeds in this recipe is refined, because by mixing them, our body takes maximum, while the opponents of these small, vitamins and minerals of charged fruits are not even noticeable. And, at the end of the dried fruit, use the whole dough to flatten the natural carbohydrates.
Sometimes I make the pancakes a lot and I give them the kids just so cold on a snack or I pack them on a trip. Then you can add a little more dried fruit to make the dough a little more, and the resulting pancake is just as sweet without any further adjustments. They are great and a little sprinkled with cinnamon or cinnamon sugar. It is also possible to freeze the pancakes and at a suitable time, then spread them in a toaster.)

Put all ingredients into the blender mixer and turn on the instrument for medium power. If your blender has a rammer, use it to mix the ingredients. If not, stop the mixer and, if necessary, mix the ingredients a little. When the dough is well mixed, the dried fruit and the seeds are tender, allow the mixture to stand for a few minutes, improving the overall dough flavor.

I prefer to fry pancakes on butter, but good quality vegetable frying fat (ie, a high degree of burning) is, of course, also quite appropriate. Wipe them to a weak power so they are done but not too dry. This time I served them with whipped cream, chocolate topping and roasted, slightly caramelized hazelnuts.
