Stewed pumpkin with coriander

This recipe I wanted to put on my blog for a long time, I even shot it years ago, but as time went on, it was not the right moment. Until now, when the season is plentiful, David asked me to take care of the Bill network to prepare a pumpkin recipe! I was clear now! :-D Photos I prepared new, but I've been doing the recipe for years.
It's very simple, you have two ingredients, unless I count salt, a bit of honey and a piece of butter.

And what is it about? It is basically a supplement that you can extend with a bit of creativity to a full-fledged meal.
Stewed pumpkin is simple and with a little effort, the repair can be delicious. If you do not serve it for example to the mass as an attachment. You can serve it on a common table along with your favorite lentils, roasted cheese, avocado, fresh vegetables and roasted nuts. Here's a picture of the salad from the hairdresser we love. Pumpkin wash, cut and remove the seeds. Then cut it on medium fries. (Cut off including the bark, eat and soften.) Drop the butter in the middle pot, add the pumpkin and shortly peel.

Now, pump the pumpkin according to your taste, I like it too little by adding honey or maple syrup. Add a little water. Approximately 0.5 dcl and fold the lid. So take a few minutes until lightly soft. It is ideal if they still hold together. Pumpkin is easy to bloom quickly, so be careful. When the pumpkin is ready, I mix the roughly chopped coriander into it and leave a little to the top of the ornament.
