It's been a long time since I'm going to write an article about how the whole Green Kitchen was, and I've already told that story in so many conversations, on my instagram and on the baptism of the book that I feel it all well you know. But I feel like probably not! And we are also convinced that such stories are never enough. That such a true and real story can help someone else bounce off and jump from the unknown to approach their dream. So I went into writing and probably tomorrow the article could land on the blog.
Here's one recipe from that fabulous cook, and a few words about David's knot about these knots.

I remember my grandmother standing in the kitchen with a roller in his hand and a double dose of cinnamon loafers ready to be pulled on a pompous table. I also remember how the motanes are still hot from the oven. There was not much I'd like to give as a six-year-old boy so much happiness. Finally, we've devised a recipe that has all the basic quality of cinnamon rolls, but it's a slightly healthier version. Since they are not oversized, we've added more to them to make up for it. We have also improved and refined our taste by adding apple, coconut and freshly ground cardamom. If you cook them, you have to taste the first one, still hot from the oven. Nothing better does not exist.

Mix the yeast, cardamom and salt in a large bowl and set aside. Heat the butter in the pan, add the milk and honey and heat to a temperature of about 40 ° C. sprinkle over the yeast mix and mix until the yeast dissolves.
Fry both kinds of flour and add about two thirds of the mixture to the dissolved yeast and mix to make the dough. Gradually add the remaining flour to the dough to make it dull and not stick. Do not bend too much. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour or until the volume is doubled.

On a planted surface, roll it into a rectangle of about 50 x 45 cm and a height of about 5 mm.
Thoroughly spread butter and apple puree all over the dough area and sprinkle grated apples, coconut and cardamom. Gently pick up one third of the dough (nearest to you) and fold it up two thirds upwards, then flip over the remaining third. You get a rectangle about 50 x 15 cm in size. Cut the dough with a knife on about 3 cm wide strips.
Take each stripe and gently pull it out (do not fill), twist three times, and then loosely tie into the martens, pressing the ends in the center. Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Cook the boiled eggs with egg and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
