I remember my grandmother standing in the kitchen with a roller in his hand and a double dose of cinnamon loafers ready to be pulled on a pompous table. I also remember how the motanes are still hot from the oven. There was not much I'd like to give as a six-year-old boy so much happiness. Finally, we've devised a recipe that has all the basic quality of cinnamon rolls, but it's a slightly healthier version. Since they are not oversized, we've added more to them to make up for it. We have also improved and refined our taste by adding apple, coconut and freshly ground cardamom. If you cook them, you have to taste the first one, still hot from the oven. Nothing better does not exist.
