Very often I have met pictures of these fluffy pads on the Internet and I have often received MMS from my friend Brennan, whose text was like this: "So when are you finally on the blog ?!" I think the whole hook was that I never had time to take a picture. I do it mostly for the kids so spontaneously, and there is the problem that they will quickly splash, etc etc ... Nevertheless, these amazing German lavenders managed to do so somewhat cautiously and walk through the kitchenette in small steps. A few months ago I gave the recipe for the instagram as a premiere, and now they are finally here ....))))

They are called Dutch Baby Pancake or German Pancake, Bismarck, Dutch Puff, sweet popovers. Anyway, their roots go far enough and probably to Germany. You can prepare them purely without fruit and just serve them with lemon juice and sweat or serve them with a few buttermilk and slices of maple syrup. That's a classic! Perhaps ideal for a start. And then try experimenting with different fruits. This summer I fell in love with a combination of lemon peel and peach, it was a poetry of taste.)
And maybe some of you wonder what Dutch Baby is preparing for? Ideal for making this delicacy is a cast-iron pan, which has its merit - keeps the heat, and is therefore more than suitable for it. Previously, when I did not have a cast-iron pan, we used a cast-iron pot. Well, I hope you find the right equipment at home and you will soon try them out too.)
Traditional recipes look like I just substitute at least half a portion of flour, whole wheat flour, and in general my dough looks too sweet, so in my brackets, I'm referring to my treatment.) The great idea for healthier ingredients is definitely to replace sugar with maple syrup or dates because when you're working with a mixer , it's nothing easier to hit the sugar instead of a couple of dates.) Just try inspiration or change to add dough to the dough.) This is also a great good that you can serve, for example, with vanilla sour cream.)

Heat the oven together with a clean cast-iron pan at 200 ° C. Meanwhile, prepare the dough by mixing the egg, milk, flour, sugar, salt, and using a blender , and if you are at home, as well as lemon and vanilla bark, they will never spoil anything and add a wonderful scent. Mix for approximately one minute so that the mixture is well interconnected and lightly foamed.

Once the pan is well heated in the oven, pull it out carefully and quickly out, try to heat all the heat out of the oven ... Put the ideal ghee butter in the pan, or vegetable oil, to treat the whole surface with grease and pour into it everything dough. Now just quickly sprinkle the surface of the dough with the fruit and roll it back into the hot oven.

Do not be afraid during baking. Being done, you will know that this pancake will be pretty inflating, forming big bubbles and will have nice golden, crispled edges. I would not like to fix you for a specific time because the Dutch Baby will not steal too long, the time will be slightly different, mainly depending on how much time it takes for your oven to equalize the internal temperature after the airwave ... Count about 15-20 minutes .
