This salad is a great appetite, but also a hearty main vegetarian meal. It is fresh, full of flavors and vitamins. Avocados and chickpeas are satiated, so if you serve it as an appetizer, small portions will be enough and will come for 6 people. If you plan it as a main meal, count this for 3-4 people.

I love almost anywhere I add fresh sprouts and / or grated seeds, and I'm great too.)

Spread the avocados with the knife lengthwise, twisting the halves well and separating them in one half. Remove it by hooking the knife into it and turning it to release it. With a teaspoon, cut the pieces of avocado now and put them in a bowl. Add a dripping chickpeas, a handful of coriander leaves, a cucumber cut into cubes about 1 cm in size. Drop all with a lot of lemon juice, season and pepper to taste and mix. If the avocados are a lot mature, be careful not to mix too long, letting the salad become too mushy consistency.

This salad can be a perfect tortilla filling, you can also serve it with a piece of fresh and crispy whole grain bread.

The carrot contains carbohydrates, proteins and fiber. Vitamin E, which is also included in chickpeas, benefits the skin and hair, is beneficial to the human heart, as well as folic acid, also contained in chickpeas. The minerals are the most iron in the chickpeas, as well as magnesium, calcium, zinc, which is important for proper functioning of the thyroid gland. I crap in my diet to include veggies because it contains protein, but it is gluten-free food, so it is good for celiacs.
