I was looking forward to the Christmas Gusto and I'll be able to give you three new candy recipes I have prepared for you this year. These cups are my favorites, although the other two recipes are great too, and I believe they will find fans among you.

With this recipe, I tried to find really delicious candy filled with cream, but using healthier ingredients. The baskets are of wholemeal flour, but I think that the real prize is a stuffing made from almond butter and sweetened only by dates. Then you can offer such cups without conscience and children, and others do not even notice that it is not quite a "traditional junk" candy.
The recipe is for 4 cups of cups.

Put the butter together with yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon peel. Add the flour, work on a compact smooth dough and wrap it in the foil, leave it in the fridge until the next day.

Preheat oven to 150 ° C / hot air 130 ° C. Dice into small pieces depending on the size of the molds. Finger the dough into the molds so that the cups have thin walls. When baking the dough is getting. Bake slightly, only slightly pink.

Prepare the refill. Boil vanilla pudding according to the instructions, just omit the sugar and use only half the amount of milk, ie 250 ml. Puding will be so dense. Before it's completely cold, put it in the blender with dates, soft butter, vanilla, almond butter and rum. Mix everything on a smooth cream and let cool.

Prepare the icing. In the water bath slowly dissolve the chocolate with the butter. Stir, allow to cool briefly to near body temperature.

Fill the baked baskets with the cream with a pastry bag and dip into the chocolate topping. You can decorate each cup at will. A few tips can be found in the ingredient box for decoration. Store in a cool place.
