Creamy porridge with apple, beet and cranberry compote

The jerk is a great breakfast and one of the best start to the new day, and it's double in the cooler months or maybe some sporting performance. If you start looking for something more, you will find that it would be possible to plan 365 different recipes for the whole year, and it is quite possible that they will not get tired even with some creativity. On the contrary, you may find other hidden options and, most importantly, the benefits that they offer for your body. Of course, it depends on the choice of raw materials, but if you reach for quality raw materials and healthy carbohydrates, your body will laugh.

Oatmeal is my favorite breakfast, and I love her as a mom, because I know that I can serve something healthy to children, but I can conjure up for a little while. I admit I have not been a lover of spirits ever since. They have convinced me all kinds of modifications and experiments. My favorite oatmeal must always have some, say "topping" and "topping". Something full of flavor, juicy and then crunchy and fragrant. :-) Whether it's fresh berries, chopped strawberries, grapes, or some of the homemade hot compotes you can invent countless in the fridge or garden according to the season. And then, on top of something crispy! Fine nuts or seeds of all kinds are best suited. Then the slurry is perfect, and I believe it will convince the sworn revolvers.
You can find this recipe even in autumn Gust. :-)

1.

Oat flakes pour 250 ml of water and allow to soak overnight. The next day prepare the compote ingredients. Cut the apples without the kernel and cut the peel into smaller cubes, grate the beet on a medium grater and leave the cranberries whole. Put all the fruit compote ingredients in a small pot, bring to a boil and gently pull under the lid for about 30 minutes until the beets are soft. Always add water as needed. Pash can be prepared without soaking, "last minute", but if you remember and the flakes soak, overnight the starch will split and the slurry will become more digestible for our body.

2.

Once the compote is ready, take the prepared flakes, top up with another 250-300 ml of your own choices and diets, add vanilla, a pinch of salt, maple syrup, and mash up enough.

3.

Divide the slice into two bowls, top the cranberry compote from which you removed the cardamom capsules. Add a butter plate, sprinkle with nuts and add maple syrup if you want.
