Autumn slurry slurry with apples and pecans

Autumn slurry slurry with apples and pecans

The lambs are among the oldest crops and a little bit out of our diet, but I'm glad to watch their returning popularity. They are indeed a great crop that is especially valuable for young children due to their high content of minerals that are important for building bones, joints and ligaments. Small edukative window ... :-)

Minerals in the pit we find magnesium, potassium, silicon, phosphorus, iron, copper, zinc and many vitamins such as B1, B2. At first glance, they have a high carbohydrate content, but on closer inspection you will find that the fiber content is the resulting glycemic index of 55-60. In addition, it is among the basic raw materials.
As far as baby food is concerned, I think one of the benefits is their fine taste. They are greatly digestible, gluten-free and so are also suitable for people suffering from civilization diseases of digestion. Grain slurries are served with butter chips or a drop of oil to make them more digestible. For example, poppy oil is great. You can change fruit juice. Add dried cranberries, raisins or chopped plums or apricots. Then you can skip the maple syrup or any downsizing completely. When choosing a dried fruit, be careful and choose one that is not overfilled and chemically modified.
