One completely fresh recipe this weekend and this time not quite from me, but from my little big Grétka, it just landed for you. Recently, I made these apple muffins at home but I never had time to shoot them properly with my demolition platoon (that's what I mean mainly boys, Gratka small brothers) and also write a recipe because they are always modifying them according to the current state of stock etc ... But this Saturday did everything, and only because the little girl, then the two-year-old Grétka, who stood at the birth of a blog holding me behind an apron, decided she wanted to make something for herself. So I took a piece of paper, wrote a recipe and let her work. So, the first phase, having a recipe somewhere recorded, was arranged well after breakfast. When they were baked, I just took a camera and really did not take a picture of it with great preparations, styling and detonation.
I have to say that I really enjoyed it. I looked at the category of muffin recipes and found plenty of pictures when this little girl was really tiny and here and there the photo laughed her hands, made my background or the main assistant or taster. I realized how much we both are connected with the blog and how much of our lives it is. :-)

All the doughs that add some fruit or vegetables are great in that they are nicely soft and juicy, which I personally like very much. Such muffins are also very good on the second or third day. At the same time, they are well served with a crumb, which adds extra flavor, smell and crispness. These muffins even make you feel very comfortable when you do not miss dried millet ginger and cinnamon. The only thing to be careful about is the fact that thanks to the filling it is necessary to take care of the dough a little longer so that it is not left untouched inside. This is a common problem that you may encounter when baking carrots, apple cakes, banana bread, ... Muffins are not so great due to the size of the cups, but it is still good to expect some longer cooking time. I included the recipe in the category of gluten-free, so in the ingredients I say what and how to replace it for this variant. I also kept the US cup and gram to make it better at home for your little baker, because the kids are better cooked with a measuring cup and spoon.

Preheat oven to 200 ° C lower and lower heating.
Remove the muffin mold or fill with paper molds. This amount of dough corresponds to 12 high muffin cups , as in the photos. If your cups are only low, the dough will be on the 18 lower muffins. Prepare the dish by mixing all the ingredients and put it in the refrigerator or freezer yet.

In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
In a small bowl, mix the kefir, melted butter, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla extract into a smooth cream.

Lightly and especially shortly mix the cream cream into the flour mixture so that everything is connected, but do not shuffle! Gently prepare the apples and fill them into molds.
Sprinkle the dough over the dough, giving the muffins a crunchy scent and a slightly spicy crust.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or try the skewers ... Thanks to the apple, the dough is very damp, so be careful not to be inside uncooked. Allow to cool slightly in the mold and then on the grate.
