If you like creamy soups, try this version with Roman cumin and orange juice. It is very easy and has an exotic sparkle thanks to Roman cumin, which is nowadays available.
I also did not resist and added to Grand Marinier soup, because I dropped a drop of orange liqueur, so I recommend ...)

1. Fry on the butter in a large pot with carrots and parsley until the onion starts to lightly caramelize.
2. Add caraway, orange juice and gently bubble for a few minutes before adding the broth.
3. Bring to boil and cook until the carrot is soft enough to mix. Mix it on a smooth cream, if too thick, add some broth or water.
4. Add the cream and warm up before serving.
