These little balls almost breathed my breath. I did not expect much from them. It was one of my spontaneous attempts from the urge to cook something, but no weight in sight and the late night time on my watch ... So I took the baby food pouch I brought with me and based on my positive experience with bread without kneading (no quack was out of sight) I mixed a few simple ingredients from the eye in the bowl. Bread without kneading, bread is based on the principle of replacing the lengthy kneading with long pacing, so it practically takes a little while and then rests for a long time. Dough requires a minimum of dried yeast and is very sparse, just because it releases enough gluten and everything works as it should. Bake in a heated cast iron or ceramic container with a lid that creates a microclimate and provides a pleasant acrylic crust without the smell of the oven ... These balls can be bled on a plate or muffin mold. They are characterized by large meshes, suppleness and crisp crusty crust.
So I can only add that you can prepare a simple dough in the evening with three spades and in the morning just add nuts and even dried fruits, a few tons of minutes in the oven and the traditions! They are great for both sweet and savory.

1. In the evening, mix flour, yeast, water, salt, sugar and spices (I'd like to try a bit - cinnamon, star anise, curry, ...), cover with foil and leave in a warm place until morning (12-18 hours).
2. In the morning the dough should be sparse full of bubbles. Strongly help yourself, bring it to you. Fold your fingers a little, and fold one or two times. Leave the 10-15 to lie down, and then re-stretch on the plate.
3. Spread the plate evenly with a mixture of flakes, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. Fold first the two sides into the center, then the top and bottom. This will create a small square loaf, cut it into six equal parts. Hold your hands, cover each piece slightly, sprinkle the seeds and place on a plate or muffin mold.
4. Preheat the oven to the maximum. If you are in a hurry, you can put the oven in a straight line and the dough structure can be improved a bit and let it stand for another 1.5 to 2 hours. After pouring into the oven, lower the power to 220 ° C (hot air) and bake for 20-25 minutes to have a golden crust.
