Pumpkin bread without kneading

I really enjoyed the bread without kneading for their simplicity and great effect, so I started to experiment with them a bit ... I tried to add grated celery, carrot, zucchini, or just a pumpkin that comes out very visually for its color. Try it yourself and look forward to reports and other ideas ... I started at home to make fociaccia, mainly because I wanted to try a stone on the grill, which is for example for baking tortilla, Indian bread and pizza ... The original recipe taken from Vegetarian LIVING magazine is for baking in the oven, so no fear and hurááá ! It's a great barbecue, but also an excellent home-made starter.

Cheese Profiteroles

This recipe is inspired by my friend Brennan, who had prepared a wonderful party some time ago at home. In the middle of the table was a bowl filled with these cute cheese profiterol, otherwise known as Gougères, which still smelled the whole apartment. They are very good on their own or you can get different spreads. So, when I invented a finger food menu for filming in Blue Light, it seemed very practical and gourmet. I filled them in two ways, but they are calling for many and many variations ... Thank you, Brennan!
