In the bowl, mix the dry ingredients, in the middle of which we make a dough into which we pour the milk with oil, forcibly stir the liquid center, which gradually thickens as it is packed with a flour mixture. If it is not fork, take the dough into your hand and use the rest of the flour to create a fine elastic mass, if it sticks a bit, add a pinch of flour. Divide the dough into 5 beads.
Heat the oven to 170 ° C in grill mode, place the strong pan in the topmost position.
Spread each ball on a thin plate (approximately 15 cm in diameter) ideally into the shape of tears, but it is just an aesthetic matter. Place on a hot pan, sprinkle with chopped garlic, coriander and bake for about 1-2 minutes until lightly glowing. Take out, brush with butter and you're done ...
