I've been programmed for a lot of years so I'm preparing fish at least once a week. Often we have a whole bake, and basically we prefer them naturally, and with some herb, herb butter or lemon peel. If I want to make a little bit of a meal and take her to the kids, we do fish in a papillot. We call it a fish pack.
Preparation is quite easy, but I think it's effective. In addition to this recipe, you do not need anything special, and I think it just invites you to experiment. Use herbal butter, add eg chickpeas, capers or anchovies, slightly pre-cooked potato slices, fresh radish, ...
This is such a basic recipe and most of the papillos serve only salads and pastries.

Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the tomatoes on the medium, zucchini cubes. Wash and dry the fish. At the same time, preheat oven to 200 ° C Hot Air program.

Spread one sheet of baking paper. Place a quarter portion of tomatoes and zucchini in the center, 200 g of fish fillet, 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Thoroughly soak and, if necessary, pepper, you can also lightly soak up the oil from these aromatic olives or directly olive oil that you use at home. Now just download the paper and create a tightly packed package that will be sealed.

Follow the same procedure to prepare the remaining serving and bake together in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. If the portions are larger, extend the baking time to 20 minutes. Inside the parcel, steam and fish with vegetables will be basically steamed with the presence of all the aromas that will be relaxed and transferred to the other ingredients. You will see by yourself that these old varieties of olives have great taste potential and that you will actually feel the basil in the fish. Ready-made papillos serve to keep everyone unpacked and enjoy the great aroma. This serving has another advantage that the fish will stay longer warmer.
