Otherwise, it is clear that you can also cook such a cake in the oven. The dough is sized for a standard oven or two, compared to the half aluminum baking dish we use from Weber or an alternative equivalent.

1. We process all dough raw materials and let the wrapped in foil rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
2. Fruits are cleansed, peeled and cut into slices or marigolds.
3. Dilute the rest of the cold dough to about 4 mm and place it on sheets or aluminum molds laid out with baking paper. The quantity corresponds to the two aluminum forms you see on the photos or one standard sheet.
4. For the marzipan version, make the marzipan to the appropriate size of the mold, or just cut into thin slices and spread the dough mold over the entire surface. Apply plums or blums evenly to marzipan.
If you have not managed to get marzipan, cook the dough with mascarpone, season with vanilla sugar and evenly spread the fruit. You are sure to advise yourself with the draft version. Just paint the plums, sprinkle with cinnamon, spread the apples. And grab the grill.
5. Grill indirectly in the middle heat. Whether you have any grill, place the mold so that it is not the main source of heat directly below.
