Strawberry pie made from homemade leaf dough

The recipe for home-made dough I added to the kitchenette last summer, so you can look back at the recipe for sour cherry sauce with the liqueur and perhaps inspire you by adding seeds and alcohol.
Although home-made dough sounds complicated, it's not that. The procedure is long, but it is only because the words to describe a few strokes of your hand come out on many letters, but when you look at the procedure, you will understand that it is not a science. A strawberry version?
It's great! It fits perfectly with over-ripe strawberries if you do not know where to go. Serving it you can warm it up and add a spoon of Greek yoghurt, cool or maybe pie the next day. The splash is a great one-sided mystical version.

1. Cut 150 g of butter on the cubes, return the rest to the refrigerator.
In a large bowl, mix butter cubes with flour, salt and fingers to lightly treat the crumb. Add lemon juice, really ice water, and create a smooth, elastic dough (go on to the wall manually ..). This is very easy and fast. Dough wrap in foil and allow to cool for 1 hour.
2. On a slightly rolled up roll, roll the dough over a thin 5 mm rectangle (approximately as a placement).
Between the two layers of baking paper, use a roller, flatten the remaining portion of the butter into a large rectangle as half of the loose dough.
Put the butter on the outer half of the dough, leave the sides on the sides and fold the other half, gently combing the dough edges around the perimeter. Pack the rectangle back into the foil and let it cool for 15 minutes.
3. Cool the dough over 5 mm on a slightly rolled-up roll and fold it to the center like the picture ... Let it cool again in the foil for 15 minutes.
Repeat the process again 2 times, rotating the dough each time by 90 °. You will see how thin layers of butter and dough are formed.
4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before finishing. You can also keep the dough for 3 days in a refrigerator or 1 month in a freezer packed in a foil.
5. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
In a large bowl, mix the ingredients for the filling. Strawberries, sugar, a pinch of salt, maize and spice.
Delete the form.
6. If you take care of one cake, use a 24 cm diameter form. You will need half of the dough for one such pie. Keep the other in a refrigerator or freezer.
7. Divide the portion of the dough you are about to use into half, one of which can be larger. Make a larger half of the dough to form a wheel large enough to cover the bottom and sides of the mold. The second circle may be smaller, it will only cover the top of the cartridge ...
Fill the bottom and sides of the mold with dirt, gently crush your fingers. Pour the strawberry filling and cover the smaller one. Using the fingers on the edge, join the two layers and cut excess dough with the knife. Or, you can create 5 smaller portions of baking dishes. Then divide the dough into 5 pieces and follow the same as the big one.
* 8. Now just brush with milk, soak the sugar spoon and fork with a fork or a hoe.
Bake at 190 ° C for about 30 minutes, golden brown.
