If you have grown up to beer breeders and you love not only good homemade bread, it is likely to please this recipe. I sweetie sweet and boiled pancakes are my favorite vices, so we use them with our daughter twice a year as a dessert. And if you belong to a group of people who did not fall off, you can find a recipe for baking yeast pancakes , so you can enjoy them. Anyway, both recipes include something healthier extra. Part of smooth flour is replaced with oat flakes and wholegrain spelled. I also add some of the seeds.

Mix the prepared quail in a large bowl with all the ingredients except the eggs. You will have a thin dough that you cover with a foil and let the next day rest in the fridge.

The next day, about an hour before serving (frying), take out the dough, stir the eggs and let it rise again at room temperature.

Prepare the dough on a pan or pancake very slowly. Ideally for a bit of quality oil or ghee , which I prefer best. Turn the pancakes only when you see bubbles and the dough will be almost done. So they will have time to breathe in and get enough of it.
