As I wait for babies to come, I finally got to this week, after a terrible time, that I do not have a diary full of some projects, meetings, cooking courses, and in short, it's just time to do things on the computer and on the table. I have to admit quite honestly that I even felt a bit burnt out. That I did not have enough time to enjoy each photo and I also feel that my pictures have been lately for nothing ...

Anyway, thanks to the few days of this lightness and freedom, I feel back again and completely happy with the camera, and just for the pleasure of cooking or shooting something. Perhaps this happy feeling of lightness also helped a little bit that I managed to remove the wallpaper, paint it and make a little redesign of the whole household at all. I sent various toys and other discarded things to the Kangaroo, ... In short, I really cleaned all the drawers thoroughly. And at the end of the whole confession, I finally decided that I was really going to the new cookbook. But that's still a long way, because I want it for a long time, maybe it could be done for a year.)
So I have one such mini recipe for you, or maybe a tip or inspiration, which will suit those who sometimes buy young cocos at home ... We love them a lot on our travels and detoxification bark in Asia and nostalgia and nutritional, because they are terribly healthy, sometimes buying them at home.)
The whole recipe or more tip is to use coconut pulp. Sometimes there is more inside it, sometimes less, but I always felt sorry to throw it away. Children sometimes take a spoonful and a pulp of the flesh and get rid of it alone, but if not, take it and throw it into blender along with other ingredients. Simply put all the pulp into the blender with the pulp of avocado, banana, chia seeds, lemon juice or lime juice to add a very pleasant freshness and acidity. Add water and mix to smooth smoothie.
