I think whoever tries this dessert will always love him. The basic dough is very supple, and because it is made of wholemeal flour and sweetened mainly from dates, such as healthier sugars and fruits full of fiber, it could be said that it belongs to those healthy recipes.

You can only use the dough to prepare a variety of muffins or "buns on the plate". Then you can decide whether to add a recipe for a caramel sauce that fits perfectly and adds dampness to moisture and another great taste. But you will have to narrow the eye a bit, because it does not have so many positive nutrition points. If, for example, for us only, I mean mainly for children, so it is free of frosting. But when it's a more festive opportunity, I'll add a dessert to the icing.) Any common cake or dessert, however, has a much more sinful composition in terms of nutritional values, so no fear. I'm just trying to figure out the positives of the recipe and the tiny negatives of frosting.)

Put the chopped dates into a smaller pot with half a liter of water. Bring to the boil and lightly wrinkle with a spatula to break into smaller pieces. Let it gently drag for a few minutes and then shut it down. Add the baking soda to the pot and mix. The mixture starts bubbling.)

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C / hot air at 155 ° C. Prepare a baking mold. Wipe with butter and sprinkle with flour or unpack the baking paper. Or, make some muffin cups.

When the dough mixture is a bit stiff, start mixing the butter together with the sugar into a gentle, light and fluffy cream. Slowly and gradually add eggs. When the egg is well connected with the butter base, add the extract and sifted flour. Now mix the dates, the mixture will be relatively sparse. Finally add the baking powder, now this dough will bubble. You can immediately move the dough into a mold or mold and put it in the oven. Cake in the cake according to the size selected. Muffins about 15 - 20 minutes, if you seal in a large low form like gingerbread, bake for about 30 minutes. I drank my cake for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare your caramel sauce. Put the sugar in the pot and start warming it. Sugar dissolves and as soon as it starts to foam, you're done. Carefully add the remaining ingredients and allow them to bubble until the caramel dissolves and all the ingredients are uncoupled.

Bake the baked, still warm base of the base with a fork and rub half the sauce. Put the remaining sauce on the dessert, when it becomes a bit chilly, creating a decorative topping. You can also serve with whipped cream.
