So here you finally have it. The recipe is on 12-16 knots. I look forward to you to make them satiate. I do not know if this is a disease of the profession anymore. :-) This "video" with motane is not much. It's such a quick-break, but at least so far. Later I will rewind it for you in some better quality. I promise.

Put sugar, lukewarm milk, and yeast into a robot or large bowl. Thoroughly mix and wait if the yeast is active and the clove will show activity, forming bubbles, small islands. Add all remaining ingredients to the dough, eg, egg, flour, softened butter, spices, lemon peel and salt. Mix the dough and knead with the robot or hand until it is smooth.

Now you have to dab the dough. You can be covered with a clean cloth at room temperature, but if you put it in the fridge and leave to rise for longer under the food foil, perhaps the next day, only the dough structure will benefit. Or, just cook it in part and another batch a little later. At room temperature the dough will grow for approximately an hour. If you have a steam oven, the baking program is great.

In the meantime, prepare the refill. Just mix all ingredients.

Move the dough to the flour of the dough to keep it from sticking too much. Roll it on a rectangle approximately 30x40 cm large. Coat the entire surface of the dough filling. Now transfer a third of the dough from one side to the middle and do the same from the other. Rectangle this rectangle by 90 ° and unfold on a slightly larger rectangle approximately 30 cm wide x 20 cm tall. Cut it to 12 - 16 belts.

Bake them vigorously so they are not too dry.
