Brownies with olive oil, pecan nuts and Maldon salts

Like last year, I have been preparing several recipes for Minerva Olive Oil this year and then baking and cooking these recipes with journalists. The event took place on Tuesday and I think she did. Whoever watches my instagram certainly has captured some pictures. )

And like last year, I have permission to post the recipes here on the blog. I think it would be a pity if you came to them.
This brownie is very good, I tested it several times before the event and we could not get it home. If you use maple syrup instead of sugar, you will be rewarded even better and also will be a little healthier. Peanuts and salt are definitely worth the exam! It is these ingredients that make brownie an unbearable dessert! Then the raspberries or sour cherries are mentioned in the recipe, both are also very pleasant, so if you have some such fruit in the freezer, certainly do not hesitate and try!

1.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C and place the grate in the lower third of the oven. Unfold a 20 x 20 cm baking sheet and if it's going to exceed the sides significantly, it's better to take out the ready-made brownie later. You can also replace this typical square form for brownie with a round cake form, or even bake one-serving pieces in muffin form. Also, treat the baking paper with non-stick grease in the spray, otherwise the dessert sticks to it.

2.

Prepare a water bath, so place a bowl on a hot water pot. Add olive oil, chocolate to this bowl and stir this mixture until the chocolate has completely dissolved. Stop the bowl and add sugar, vanilla, start whisking with a whisk and add the eggs one by one. Blow until smooth and shiny, and all the sugar will not dissolve. If you use maple syrup to make brownies even more delicious, there is nothing to dissolve. Finally, mix the flour, baking powder, instant coffee, salt, and whisk until the mixture is smooth again.

3.

Move the dough into the prepared mold, sprinkle with raspberries, nuts and flour salt. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. The dough should be baked, but still very sticky. If you seal like a small portion, it will take 15 minutes. After baking, allow to cool for at least 20 minutes. But I have to say that served with warmth with whipped cream is also great, a bit like a chocolate fondant.
