Blackberries lemonade with sage

It is surprising how perfect and full of aroma this summer fresh lemonade has. Blackberries add a truly irresistible aroma along with beautiful and intense color. Everything is completed with fresh sage, which together with blackberries is a perfect symphony of taste and color.) Try it!

Put the sugar in the middle pot with half a liter of water and a pinch of salt, bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves. Leave the plate and let the mixture cool down.

Place the sage leaves in the mug and lightly crush the leaves using a wooden spoon or barman stick to release the flavor. Cool the syrup with the blackberries in the blender and over the soft cloth or muslin to the mug. Then add lemon juice and water to your taste.

You can immediately serve with a couple of ice cubes or as ice scum. Decorate with a leaf of sage and blackberry.
