Fruit pudding

Fruit pudding

With the coming autumn we got a taste of something sweet and warm at home, and because I like to use whole wheat couscous for its simple and quick preparation, I worked with him. In any case, you can simply apply this recipe to peas or quinas . To prepare this gluten-free version, pour 200 ml of boiled quinoi or jelly, 200 ml of milk, 200 ml of water, and bring with the spices to the boil. Then just let the hinges stretch for 15 minutes. The rest of the procedure does not change anymore.)

Also, if you enjoy using vegetable milk, you can replace the liquid component with, for example, oatmeal or almond milk.
These snacks are great from apricots, peaches, plums, but also apples or pears. I will look forward to your feedback and / or tips.)

1.

Preheat the oven to 155 ° C.
In a small cup, we warm the milk together with vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and, if necessary, half a teaspoon of cinnamon and cloves. In the middle bowl, pour all the couscous and pour the hot milk from which you removed the cloves. The milk should not be too hot or very hot. Couscous and let it swell.

2.

In the meantime, prepare a mixture of two egg yolks, sweet cream and 4 tablespoons of honey in the second bowl. Wipe with a butter or some other suitable grease a medium frying pan with a diameter of 26 cm or the equivalent of one-piece mist trays. From the two remaining whites and a pinch of salt, you're firing hard snow.

3.

Now feed a prepared couscous with a fork and gently mix the cream and snow. Stir slowly and lightly so that the resulting infusion is a bit fluffy. Spread half of this mixture into the frying pan, spread evenly half of the fruit trimmed on the quarter, and close the remaining couscous. The last layer will form the other half of the fruit along with some butter crumbs.

Add the prepared bake to the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until it is slightly golden. You can just finish the sweat, or drop the maple syrup, sprinkle the nuts and serve it perfectly warm.

Preparing a couscous or a quince for a sweet is a great idea. Cloves is an interesting spice that is used for example in toothache. If we add it to food, it relieves spasms, associated with poor digestion, and acts against colic and diarrhea.
Instead of sugar I would recommend the use of high quality honey or maple syrup. If it was a recipe, I'd use it completely without cream and butter.
The cream can be replaced by pouring a bit of quality oil into a cup of milk or stirring with a pinch of butter.

Broken or milled millet is a food that was once widely used, but unfortunately it disappeared from our tables for a while. It contains a number of vitamins and minerals beneficial to the human body.
