Preheat the oven to 170 ° C, lay a circular cake with a diameter of 28 cm with the baking paper and remove the sides with butter.
Mix all ingredients for dough and crumb except butter, pour half of the mixture into the mold and spread evenly.
The other half is processed with butter and we create a crumb.
Now we mix all the ingredients on the filling, carefully pour over the spoon into the mold and cover with a spatula.
Bake until it starts to turn gold and the cheese filling becomes harder. You test it by shaking the mold, and the surface is no longer a water surface, but it is firm. The cake remains very juicy.
