For a healthy lifestyle I have another article for you. It's mainly about what raw food is, and because I added this category to my recipes, and I will prepare something like this once in a while.)

(With the main argument of opponents being the inability of the body to supply this vitamin.) I wonder if you believe in the energy of food? Just the most for the digestion and health of important enzymes are released when chewing fresh, plant-based vegetable diet along with saliva. An unavoidable fact is a waste. How much do you get from one kilogram of fresh or cooked vegetables?
And also our roots and ancestors from which we have evolved. Originally, we were vitarian and so our bodies were created for it. Many things change with evolution, but with so-called civilization diseases that are a consequence of our current eating habits.

Vitarian does not consume meat and other animal products not only because it is not natural to us but also for ethical reasons. World-wide livestock production, along with cooking, depletes the planet's resources to the highest level as research proves. Demand for meat, meat products and other animal products has risen so high that it fundamentally affects the emergence of a greenhouse effect. For example, just the amount of gas that produces cows is incredible. Another fact is the harmfulness of the consumption of meat products subject to the rules of high quantity, low price. Also today, the fact that growth hormones in animal products cause cancer is not negligible.
Chickens, fish grown in large containers, dairy products from non-organic farming, antibiotics and hormones are certainly heard, and if you want to read something more, I attach lines.

Vitamins consume only fresh raw plant food, dried fruits and nuts. They do not consume raw or cooked meat and other animal products such as milk.
At first, every gourmet must scare you, but trust me that you can still really enjoy it. Before I decided to include some of the raw food on my blog, I started studying many recipes. I realized that it was mainly about getting used to completely different procedures and used ingredients in the kitchen. As a little I baked a cake, a pie or pancakes or pancakes without a recipe, because I have learned basic principles and the same is true of vitarian cuisine. They use, in addition to fresh vegetables, sprouts and fruits, almond flour, almond milk, ground nuts, coconuts and other vegetable oils, cocoa, strawberries, maple syrup, dried fruits and vegetables. There might be something to prepare for, right? For example, the dried tomato sauce made in zucchini lasagna is great. Everybody knows guamole, which is amazing, just can not give it toast or tortilla ... Even the range of desserts is very varied and delicious.
I mean, it's not as dull as it may seem, and on the other hand, if each one of you only raised a small fraction of the live diet in your diet, you will help not only your health but also the planet.
Many people also go to the vitary because of serious illness or overweight. It is recommended to convert with a detoxification bark that will cleanse your body and prepare for a completely different and new mode. You can also get accustomed and quit gradually.
As far as the nutritional aspects are concerned, they show that their organism has everything it needs. Even top athletes find themselves among the strict eaters of a living diet. Of course, this lifestyle requires a certain discipline and awareness of new factors. Many people live for example as an 80% vitarian. One day they enjoy cooked meals ... Organic meat once in a while.

As for me, I'm really a fanatic, I love cooking and baking, and of course I like it all. So the idea of getting rid of these addictions is terrifying, but I am determined that the proportion of living meals will be increased in my family. For many years, I have been carefully choosing high-quality meat and dairy products and yes they are more expensive. As Mr. Cuketko explains in his article about chickens semi-transparently , the prices of ordinary chickens are so low that even it is not possible to produce something good for health. It would be great if the rest of the population accepted this fact and strictly said NO! But I personally am very positive about this, and I believe that more and more people are beginning to understand their body again, so who knows, maybe the counter of our shops will look completely different soon. YES any education!
