Oatmeal-apple pancakes

Oatmeal-apple pancakes

In our home there are pancakes for thousands and one way evergreen, especially because of children who are surprisingly loving.) Here on the blog you can find many and many recipes, which I always try to modify to be healthy and, of course, the best. One of the last recipes were poppies , they were very successful for you, they are gluten-free and vegan, then you can also find whole-wheat , gingerbread , which are incredibly delicious, from blender , which are extra healthy and thanks to the blender are dried with dried fruit supplemented with mixed seeds, buckwheat-oatmeal , you are gluten-free and then pancake from Espuma . Another favorite recipe can be found in my cookbook ...

These pancakes are, as the name is clear, apple-oat. I like the taste of apples because they give the dough light sourness, sweetness and suppleness. Cinnamon is perfectly suited to them, and I add chia seeds, which in turn raise nutritional value. Now you can buy me the BIO grade and economic packages together with Quinoa and maybe pectin under the Kitchenette brand. Finally, I have accomplished my personal struggle and a project that has long stretched over a lot of other work. So I'm delighted that I managed to make these products at super prices and in nice and practical packages with a zipper you can finally buy.

Using the blender, mix the oatmeal fluffily to make oatmeal. Put it in the middle bowl, add a pinch of salt, corn starch to give the pancakes more crispness, baking powder, cinnamon and stir. In the second bowl, mix apple puree, egg or crushed banana, honey, maple syrup and grated apple. Now mix both mixes together, but only for a very short time! If you think the mixture is too dense (depending on the juice of the apple and how it is trimmed), you can easily dilute it with water. Consistency should be as a slurry, not too dense and not too sparse.

You can start frying on a regular pan or pancake. Preferably fry on butter or lard or high-quality oil for moderate performance. You can put your finished stuff on a napkin to remove excess fat and, if you want to serve it all warm at once, warm the oven to a low temperature and put it down until all are ready. I served them with strawberries and whipped cream.)
