I have decided a small piece of miracle, which everyone knows, more or less loves or curses, and it may seem quite common, to convey to you as well. I think it's a bit of a traditional one, but as lately as I can see, it has one and a thousand forms of family or exotic, while it is certain that not all are good and 100% honest.
We love the oatmeal at home during this period. So I give you my basic recipe, from which I come out and variously enrich, modify and illustrate it according to season, mood and also available ingredients.

Oatmeal is a great start to a cold day that will heat you, add energy and vitamins for a long time. I am able to hide even more of these great lifebuilders, antioxidants and vitamins, so that children will not notice any of the ingredients added. If you mix saplings such as chia , sunflower, .. and for example, the sour cherry, you will not have the problem to digest and take some of the vitamins from them. In addition, it is a very quick breakfast. Fresh and dried fruits make it so sweet that it does not even need to add other carbohydrates. I prepare my slurry for water, not for milk. Oatmeal flakes contain many proteins and with milk they are quite difficult to digest and difficult. If you cook for very young children, take into account the contents of different nuts and therefore allergens. For year-round Rubena I cook without walnuts and other nuts, I will rather focus on basic ingredients, chia seeds, dried fruits, ..
And because we all eat with eyes and small children twice, I believe you will also enjoy the opponents of oatmeal.

Put all the ingredients on the slice into the middle pot. If I give plums, apricots or other larger dried fruits, I also kinda poke them. Place it on a plate and cook for a short time, it's about making the dried fruit softened and allowed. Otherwise, oatmeal flakes should be warmed with hot water. It is also possible to dry the dried fruit with hot water in the evening, then just suck in the morning and, together with the other ingredients, boil hot water and let it stand and swell for a while. Dissolve this finished slurry with a rod mixer and so basically beautifully sweetened that nothing needs to be done. If you did not seem very sweet (each fruit has a different content of sugar and acidity), just add a little agave or maple syrup.

Now cut some nuts. Great are almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower or pumpkin seeds, pecan or walnuts, ... Prepare the bowl in a bowl, add fresh fruits, nuts or seeds to the top, sprouts, and you can lightly drop with maple syrup.
