Coconut Chia Pudding

Coconut Chia Pudding

Chia seeds have a certain place in our kitchen for a very long time. I add them almost anywhere. To musli, dough, smoothie, dough. Under the slogan of chia, there are many recipes on the blog, and an article explaining what the seeds are actually like. They also work great as a thickener because of its hydrophilic properties, and so I published a recipe for the strawberry charm of marmalade some time ago. But for all chia pudding I looked a little through my fingers. They just did not seem too attractive to me, even though they are very healthy. Once I tasted the exotic version, and I could not understand why I was so busy for a few days. I started experimenting differently and the result is some really delicious recipes that can not be missed here.

Chia Pudding is a delicate package of a great deal of protein, antioxidants, calcium and so important Omega-3 fatty acids. And because when you really start to use your home, you probably will not be happy with the commonly available packaging. So I have prepared some of these organic seeds in some bigger economical packages in practical sachets with a zipper some time ago. You can find them in my store along with BIO Quino under the Kitchenette brand.)

If you add this coconut to fresh mango, the pudding will remind you of traditional Thai sticky rice, which is not as surprising as it is a coconut flavor in conjunction with sweet mango. On the mango sticky rice you can find the original recipe here if you want to bring some Thai to your home. And if you want to make home-made coconut milk , I attach a link to this recipe too.)
And if you want to continue experimenting, try replacing coconut milk with any other herbal milk or favorite smoothie or cocoa. Always keep ingredients ratio 1: 4. That is, one part chia seeds and 4 thanks to the liquid component. It's a great and quick breakfast or a snack for kids at school or on a trip.

If you want to have chia custard for breakfast, mix seeds in the evening with milk in the evening. You can even divide into one saucepan or glasses or leave it in one pot. In any case, cover the film, for example, and let the seeds swell until morning.

2.

The next day, just to prepare the serving serve. Add each serving with 2 tablespoons of fresh fruit and a mixture of peeled nuts or granules. Or manga and golden beans (fried mung beans).
