Perhaps some of you have noticed that I have taken a picture of the Gervais chef for the fresh cheeses. I chose much of the recipes on their site, tried and shot. I have to say that I was often really surprised how good they were. I did not expect anything wrong, but honestly, I thought it would not surprise me. Bake potatoes in salted water so that they remain still lightly firm inside. Cut them into 0.5 cm thick slices. At the same time, cook the spinach with boiling water, wring it and put aside. In a small bowl mix fresh cheese, egg, parsley, pinch of salt and one clove of crushed garlic. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Prepare a smaller frying pan, wipe it with fat and fill the bottom with half a potato. Then lay a layer of spinach, pour it half the cheese overflow and cover with the last layer of potatoes and then with the remaining amount of overflow. Bake potatoes in the oven until golden brown.

Meanwhile, warm the pan and butter on both sides vigorously, but briefly, fry slightly salted fillets. Finally, you can finish and sprinkle with chopped parsley with a little lemon peel. You can serve.
