I know it's time to bake candy, but I sometimes go to work in the kitchen by preparing some healthy snacks not just for kids. Thanks to agave and dried fruit, muffins are sweetened with the most pleasant, healthier carbohydrates. Flour is wheat-whole wheat and oatmeal thanks to flakes, so healthy proteins, plus some hidden seeds and other vitamins hidden in them.
