Salad with roasted pepper and goat cheese

Salad with roasted pepper and goat cheese

My favorite combination ... Thanks to the distinctive taste of peppers, there is no need for any dressing. For me, it is a very pleasant harmony of flavor, which I always get the flavor at this time of year. Roasted garlic along with goat cheese and even a rucola, which adds even more spicyness, will make all the colors and tastes of autumn perfect. Also try a sandwich filled with these ingredients.
When I get into roasted peppers, I will usually prepare them more and add them to other recipes.

1. First you need to prepare the peppers and get rid of the peels. If you have a gas stove, lay the grill above the burner, for example, from the oven and lay the peppers on it so that they are in direct contact with the fire. The aim is to tan the skin completely black so that it can be completely removed from the pulp after it has been washed. Then rotate the peppers and make sure that the surface is black everywhere. You can also go to the oven when setting to the highest temperature on the grill function, so you get intense heat that guarantees the same result. Put the peppers for 5 minutes into the bag and close. They will smell and the skin will be easier to wash after a while. Cut the peppers in half and also remove the shank, the mandarin or the white part of the pulp inside the calf.
2. Now put the clean slices in the pot together with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, uncooked garlic cloves, a pinch of salt and cover over the lid. The dough is approximately 10-15 minutes on the stove or in the oven heated to 170 ° C.
3. Put the finished peppers into slices. From the whole cloves of garlic, squeeze the soft and baked pulp that you can serve on the salad separately or mix it with soft goat cheese. If you want to serve, prepare a nest of washed spinach or a mixture of rucola on the plate, and then slicing the baking peppers. On the top, make goat cheese or use "two teaspoons" to make "gnocchi" cheese. Make up for roasted garlic if it is no longer part of goat cheese and you can lightly sprinkle with olive oil to serve along with wholemeal bread and possibly pepper and sea salt.
