Belgian waffles from Brussels

The true Belgian waffles are divided into two types - those from Liege and those from Brussels. I had a little love for the baking of my waffles, and tried both of these kinds, then the waffle waffles and the quick-edged waffles. So if you buy a whale, you will not be bored because there are many variations, even perfect salty breakfast options. It's a toy that does not hurt me so fast.
The base of those Brussels is a spicy dough. The dough structure changes with the process of rising, and the resulting delicacy has nice, slightly crunchy edges. Traditionally, it has the shape of a rectangle and serves candied, chocolate icing and whipped cream.
On the other hand, the waffles from Liege are made of a dense, dyed dough, to which after the baking just before baking, the sugar beads are added in the waffle maker to make a much crunchy and sweeter delicacy.
When I got the offer to contribute to the birthday number of FOOD, I started thinking how to please someone close. I personally love breakfast, and if they are solemn, then I melt in blessing. And because love is going through her stomach, and this gifted person likes her with all senses, the thought was born and the Belgian waffles with her. Drink the yeast together with sugar in lukewarm milk (the milk may not be hot, otherwise it would degrade yeast). Add flour, salt, vanilla extract, mix well on a smooth dough and leave to rise for at least 20 - 30 minutes. In the meantime, dissolve the butter and allow it to cool again to room temperature.

When the dough is bent, turn on the baler to warm up sufficiently. Stir butter into the dough. Remove the hard snow from the whites and carefully wrap (mix) the dough carefully. The surface of the blower is ideal to be treated with an eraser spray, but you can also use a brush and grease suitable for frying. On a well-warmed waffle plate, pour enough dough, knock and bake in beautifully golden and crisp. Depending on the performance of the waffle maker, it takes 3.5 minutes for Kitchen Aid.
Serve with fresh fruit, whipped cream and chocolate topping. Or as you prefer.

A good tip is to put a plate in a slightly warm oven to put your finished waffles until all of them have finished. This way you can still enjoy them at the same table at the same time. And if they are too bad and you do not eat them, you can store them for a few days in a fridge bag or freeze them. Later, you can use the toaster or oven to brew the waffle.
