Add the grape wine to the pan, turn the breasts and fry for just a minute and the other side into gold.

Cut the skin with a sharp knife onto the grid without cutting the muscles. Bake the bacon, season with thyme and put on the pan first with the skin down. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes in gold, turn and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Add the grape wine and put the pan in the oven for the last 6 - 8 minutes.

Make ready breast with roasted wine and leave for 5 minutes to rest. Meanwhile, prepare your sauce. In the pan, where the hell is baking, put the sugar powder together with a few drops of orange juice, stirring constantly until golden caramel is produced. Add the remaining orange juice and cook for a few minutes. Add the broth, orange peel, slightly stir and cook until the sauce is reduced to 1/3 and it does not have the proper density. Taste it and, if necessary, slightly dart. Serve with your favorite attachment. For example, quinoa or rice is great.
