Muffins with rhubarb and flaky spit

Muffins with rhubarb and flaky spit
I do not know how to describe you ideally at the beginning. I feel that every recipe begins with the words: "They are great ... or the perfect recipe for ..., ...". And what should one trust? I think you know me a little bit and you know I'm not giving any recipes I have not tried and which I do not consider to be perfect, delicious, etc ...

Coconut dressing

Coconut dressing
Although the name sounds exotic, to prepare this dressing, there is nothing complicated. It was created simply and simply three years ago in Indonesia where coconut oil, which is the main ingredient of this dressing, is found on every corner. I try all year round, and twice in summer and when traveling to warm landscapes, eat a lot of fresh vegetable salads. And because the desserts are a joy to experiment, their math is simple, and at the same time they are an essential ingredient of a truly delicious salad, so one day, this "exotic coconut" dressing was born.

Sea wolf in salt crust

I wonder which of the recipes waiting on my computer would be best for you in the coming days. And I'm sure we will not find anything in the salt crust.) It's a recipe prepared for Harper's Bazaar in July.

Potato salad with asparagus and estragon

Potato salad with asparagus and estragon
I do not know how you are, but I personally can truly enjoy the beginning of our farm season. Our climate and soil really have something to offer in the form of luxurious crops, full of colors, flavors and scents. As soon as I see asparagus and estragon in the agricultural markets, I think of this great potato salad. Especially thanks to these ingredients, it is my favorite. It is complemented by a slightly spicy and acidic dressing with capers. Perfectly suited to every table, especially where you need to have food at least partly prepared for the front, such as when you are in the barbeque.

Whole-grain chocolate muffins

Whole-grain chocolate muffins
I have to thank my friend Solveig that I have been thinking of her for the past two days about nothing but chocolate muffin ... Well, I would not be quite honest, I think of a lot of other stupidity, joy and strangeness. The urge was so urgent that I had to bake a batch despite the children's full hands. I have to add that Ruben, who is now 8 months old, will certainly be a passionate chef, but in tandem with him is cooking or baking a big nut. Kitchen return to approximate shape, takes more time than baking itself ...)

Food blog of the year 2013

Food blog of the year 2013
A few days ago, the Aperol Spritz Food Blog of the Year and so a celebratory party were announced. So far, I did not have much time to boast of you, add an honorable banner for a food photo, and write a few words, because I'm so deeply embedded in all of my upcoming projects that you will soon learn.

Artyčoky a la Romana

Another recipe I invited Gianfranco Coizz. Whoever other than the native Sardinian should be able to pass this discipline to the Central Europeans best.

Tiramisu

Tiramisu
I have prepared this tiramisu for you more than a year ago. I try to expand the kitchenette with rather unique and unconventional recipes, but the main motivation this time was to offer you a traditional recipe for great tiramisu, where you will mainly use the yolks that remain after you have tasted some of the snow cakes or cakes.
