Book launch
My dear and dearly dear friends, visitors and readers gourmands, on September 30 we finally baptized our beautiful book. So I bring a small report in the form of photos from my friend Honza , who I thank him for taking the documentation.)

Cookette Kitchenette - Year in the kitchen

Cookette Kitchenette - Year in the kitchen
It seems almost unbelievable that she is here! I would love to share the emotions I have about this event. It's really a little like when a new life is born. You will go through pregnancy from a woman's or a man's perspective, then long preparations, work and preparations, expectations, and ultimately birth pain, culminating in something beautiful. It's exactly the year and the day that my younger son, Ruben, was born, and I go through similar emotions again with a beautiful autumn.

Plum cake with almonds

Plum cake with almonds
I have a pretty busy time in all the preparations for the baptism of the cook, the busy business, the kids, and so on ... :) Well, you can imagine it ... But I did not resist the plum season and prepared a beautiful almond and a pretty healthy recipe. My cake has a dark dough because it is from full-fat wholemeal flour, and my agave nectar is dark, darker than maple syrup, so your result may be a very light dough, depending on the flour and other ingredients you choose to use .

Chicken breast in the Mediterranean way

Chicken breast in the Mediterranean way
At the request of the Harper's Bazaar, I prepared chicken breast in September in two ways. Today I pass the first way - the Mediterranean.

Peach snack with oatmeal

Peach snack with oatmeal
Maybe some of you will appreciate a little inspiration in the form of baby food. Still figuring out what to do for a small, healthy and balanced snack in everyday routine is not easy. Since many peaches have grown in our garden, this recipe has also been born, which has become very popular. You can apply it very easily to apricots and replace fine oatmeal flakes, for example, with quinoi, rice or buckwheat flakes. It is a good idea to have a home flour mill with a flocculant that can not only wash the fresh flour, but also make your own flakes of all sorts of cereals as needed. The fact that the flour is the best freshly faded about everyone knows, and that's why I bought a flour mill a few years ago when I became an enthusiastic bread baker. That's why you can find it in our Kitchenette store, and I wanted all the things and tools I like to use and appreciate to have here.

Cookbook Kitchenette and New Store

Cookbook Kitchenette and New Store
As some of you have captured, I've been working for more than a year on my Cookette Cookbook - Year in the Kitchen. ) And there was a time when I can say joyfully that it is done and in the hands of others who are just looking for it to be of the highest quality and the beautiful natural paper Munken printed, the binding stitched and so on. He worked with Martin Pecin, a well-known book designer, and I believe we have worked together. You can look forward to a beautiful natural paper with a printed book with a sewn bond, solid plates, fabric bookmarks, and many other details that make the cookbook a truly beautifully crafted piece. That's why I decided to go to my own release because publishers are not willing to invest in these details and prefer to produce mass books at the lowest cost. I must say that thanks to this, the journey was quite long, but no less beautiful and I really enjoyed this time.

Belgian waffles from Brussels

Belgian waffles from Brussels
The true Belgian waffles are divided into two types - those from Liege and those from Brussels. I had a little love for the baking of my waffles, and tried both of these kinds, then the waffle waffles and the quick-edged waffles. So if you buy a whale, you will not be bored because there are many variations, even perfect salty breakfast options. It's a toy that does not hurt me so fast.

Truncated beef on tacos

Truncated beef on tacos
To supply complete information, I have to add the beef to tacos. The procedure is almost the same as for calf, but there are minor differences in procedure. In addition, there are photos. Also, I attach lines to a homemade tortilla that's really easy, tomato salsa and chopped veal to tacos to get everything right at hand.

Flank steak salad

Flank steak salad
My summer evergreen is steak salads. It's a way to enjoy delicious steak in a fresh, healthy and light form. In addition, I love to meet friends or family and spend a pleasant afternoon somewhere outside with barbecue and good wine.
