I have to admit that I do not like to give children or myself, bought white flour biscuits and other bought sweets. You never know what they actually contain. So, when she caught us in Indonesia, it was nothing but to think of some "healthy" ones. These are whole grains with oat flakes, almonds and healthier carbohydrates in the form of maple and rice syrup. You can also indulge in them in the morning, like yogurt and fresh fruit, like a healthy breakfast.
