Turkey burger in Greek way
This light and juicy turkey meat burger is definitely worth a try, especially in combination with the tahini, which adds a very pleasant and exotic sparkle. Minced meat is complemented by a feta cheese that will provide extra juice and flavor. Be careful not to sneak the meat because the cheese is salty in itself and the olives that also come to the meat mix.

All Asian cuisine lovers have already tasted or at least heard of a sweet tamarind sauce, which is actually not so sweet. It is rather sour, but together with some other ingredients, it creates an amazing harmony of flavor. Sauces prepared from the flesh of these fruits are simply irresistible! Tamarind pods have a fairly long shelf life, so there is no problem importing them into Europe, so you can find a box full of brown pods quite often especially with Vietnamese greengrocer. These pods, originating from Africa, grow on huge trees, like manga, in all tropical countries.

Do you know Baba Ganoush? Oriental dip from roasted eggplants ... Then for you this will be a slight modification in the direction of a little more to the east. For others, if you'd like to make Baba Ganoush more traditional, you can do it the same way, instead of coriander coming chopped smoothie parsley. Someone also does not give Roman cumin and chili, only tahini, salt and lemon juice. But this combination is perfect and I can not even imagine this aubergine spread or dip. Sometimes, just to change, I add a little finely chopped shallots.

Of course even for a few favorite dishes / desserts, and that's where the recipe comes from. Salad with pepper dressing, which is simply specific and not irreplaceable. Café Savoy serves it with chicken thigh, but breast suprime from sous vide is an adequate substitute,). There are also tiny croutons on it, while I add a bit of the focus I just had on hand. They do it in a thermomix like me, but they do not let me into their kitchen, and I can only think that they do it the way.) The result is really almost identical, and I sincerely like it.

An excellent fast-food vegetarian dish that satisfies a gourmet gourmet was born out of my need to continually incorporate healthy ingredients such as buckwheat, oyster mushrooms or quinoa. You can easily modify the recipe and replace the buckwheat with quinoou. If you find a piece of truffle butter or oil at home, you can also add it, perfect for it. You can also try champagne or prosecco instead of white wine.

My favorite combination ... Thanks to the distinctive taste of peppers, there is no need for any dressing. For me, it is a very pleasant harmony of flavor, which I always get the flavor at this time of year. Roasted garlic along with goat cheese and even a rucola, which adds even more spicyness, will make all the colors and tastes of autumn perfect. Also try a sandwich filled with these ingredients.

This is my favorite combination. Lamb on red wine with root vegetables. Celery purée is a great accompaniment for this, because it perfectly contrasts with a strong red wine sauce and the taste of lamb. It is very important to choose the wine you choose for the recipe, it is suitable for medium or full wine. I chose the wine from the Mas Onésime winery of the Carignan, Syrah, Grenache noir varieties that came into our small wine shop two decares from the project. I do not know if you know them, maybe I could imagine them briefly because I think it's definitely very interesting project, especially for people who do not have time to go after tasting, but their sommelier literacy would like to raise a bit, like me, for example.) I do not know how it will make it all in a few sentences to bore you for a long time. It works by paying for two bottles a month, which will come with short video-controlled tasting and information about bottles that you hold in your hand. The exact choice of wines is Jean Michael. Well, you can count more on them on the Two Decks site. I have already tasted a tasting for a few days, and for example my own, more demanding daddy wine, has been praised as an interesting and beneficial idea.
