Here's a few summer potato recipes on the blog. Thanks to this, I remembered an amazing potato salad with beans, asparagus, dill, ... and also a potato salad with estragon . Everyone, including this with radish, is great for a summer dinner or a supplement.

Boil potatoes in strongly salted water and peel. Ready, cook the still hot potatoes, allow them to cool down to the desired size. Ideal are small potatoes that can only be cut in half or not at all. Radish, clean, and cut into thin slices. Mix fresh cheese, mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and enough chopped chives in the dish. Now in a large bowl, gently mix all the ingredients together. Put the Chives or Radish Sprouts on top and serve.
