Kneaded cake

I know that right now is not a season of fruit and not a plum, but if you like some frozen fruit from summer that takes you into the freezer, you will be able to enjoy this recipe.) And maybe, just like me , you can not wait for our Czech harvest and baked cakes. In addition, they will be Easter and some recipe is always good.

If the fruit is not within range and you do not want to buy it, you can drench this ground base with potatoes and cottage cheese to create a completely different delicacy.) Anyway, I believe the recipe will be useful for you in a family cookbook and will definitely find use for good dough. This is beautifully fragile, supple and not very dry, and also modified for healthier baking. The larger portion is from wholemeal flour and does not contain any refined sugar, which is replaced by honey. Only a piece of marzipan is contained in the bacon. This is just such a tip, because it is an interesting diversification and if you like to roll the little rest of the marzipan in the fridge or freezer, it is an ideal opportunity to consume it dignifiedly. Then there are the almond psyllias in the ingredients on the crust, or you can use chopped almonds and they may not even be blanched.) Hazelnuts also occasionally sprinkle on cakes. Do not be afraid to experiment and use some of the aforementioned ginger spice. At the end of the last tip, beneath the plums is also good for the ground poppy, so if you like it, put the poppies on the plums.

1.

Place lukewarm milk, spoonful of honey, yeast in the robot mixing bowl or other pickling bowl and mix everything lightly. Wait until the milk yeast bubbles / islands begin to form as evidence that yeast is active and that you can prepare the dough. Add the remaining honey, egg yolks, lemon peel, spices, both flour, all to salt and butter, the last one when you combine all the ingredients. Using a robot or manually blend this mixture with all the ingredients into a smooth and elastic dough for about 10 minutes. The final dough is sparse and it's okay.

2.

Cover the bowl ideally with a foil or cloth to keep the dough from getting dry and warm it to a warm place. It will rise for approximately 40 minutes depending on the ambient temperature. In any case, it should almost double the volume. Meanwhile, prepare a crumb, simply by mixing and crushing all the ingredients together. If necessary, peel the fruit, brush the plate and sprinkle with flour or semolina flour (even with this use a spatula) or also bake with baking paper and slowly turn on the oven to preheat to 180 ° C.

3.

Once the dough is curled, move it to the plate and spread evenly across the surface. The best way to do this is with your wet hands. For fruit dough, I prefer as much fruit as possible, here half of the plums are peeled down and one right next to the other. At the end, sprinkle everything evenly with a crumb and put in the oven, pull the power to 170 ° C and bake for 20 minutes.
