Beautiful first May!

Perhaps we could not wish for a better date for welcoming a new cookbook to the world than this one.
The turn of April and May are my favorite weeks of the year. Everything blooms, smells and awakens to life. It is a period of lilacs and their smell, new beginnings, new life, optimism, and this year is also for me the period of materialization of the new book and the end of long work.
